Recent months have brought a raft of new legislation, regulation and guidance that will directly impact the property management sector in areas such as building safety and leasehold reform.

Given the considerable volume of proposals, amendments and stages of review these key proposals are subject to, we've developed a new "live" tracker document, that draws upon a raft of available information and guidance and which our Litigation and Real Estate teams will keep regularly updated.

The tracker hopefully provides you with a "one stop shop" that captures progress with key date milestones and provides explanatory and descriptive notes for additional reference in referenced and linked tabs.
