Finance Manager

Andrew has been employed at JBL for almost 10 years, and his current role is Finance Manager (Finance team)

Andrew’s day to day responsibilities consist of supporting and developing the Finance team, dealing with any issues that are escalated, and generally overseeing the Financial transaction side of the business.

Andrew regularly processes VAT returns, month end, and bank reconciliations for various JB Leitch and JBL Real Estate bank accounts.

Andrew also acts as the companies Purchase Ledger department and assists with audits.

During our long relationship, JB Leitch has become part of our core team. Their Landlord and Tenant advice is authoritative and clear, and they understand our sector inside out. Their credit control service is highly effective, but also sensitive to the wider relationship we have with our leaseholders
