Daniel Cheetham

2nd Line Support Engineer

Daniel is responsible for providing 2nd line support for the IT team and dealing with issues that may be harder to fix in the first instance.

Daniel helps colleagues in the form of dealing with ticket escalations, issues over the phone and visiting different parts of the building to fix things in person. He also helps to look after the company servers, firewalls and networking equipment and ensures that everything is running smoothly with minimal interruptions.
