Paralegal

Primarily, Fraser receives instructions from clients and sets them up on our case management system.

To this end, Fraser interprets legal documentation, such as lease extensions and deed of variations. He frequently uses the Land Registry to retrieve relevant documentation to supplement our cases.

Additionally, Fraser registers documents on the Land Registry on behalf of clients, drafts and reviews legal documents, conducts legal research for fee earners and supports the wider team with their duties if needed.

During our long relationship, JB Leitch has become part of our core team. Their Landlord and Tenant advice is authoritative and clear, and they understand our sector inside out. Their credit control service is highly effective, but also sensitive to the wider relationship we have with our leaseholders
