Trainee Solicitor

Fraser joined the firm in 2022 and works as a Trainee Solicitor in our Real Estate department.

He is experienced in a wide range of property transactions including lease extensions, freehold enfranchisements, wayleave agreements and lease variations. Fraser deals with assignments and other post-completion matters and ensures that they are dealt with in a rigorous and diligent manner. In addition, Fraser has assisted fee earners on matters ranging from conducting identity verification checks to section 8 & 21 claims.

Fraser manages a large and varied case load from beginning to end. He ensures that we deliver the highest quality service, liaising with landlord and management company clients to facilitate the efficient progression of cases and to provide informed advice on legal agreements. Fraser supports fee-earners to streamline matters though research and the completion of title reviews through the Land Registry. His role further encompasses drafting documentation such as leases, transfers, deeds and multiple post-completion documents. In addition, he is responsible for assisting and overseeing the work of apprentices within the department.

During our long relationship, JB Leitch has become part of our core team. Their Landlord and Tenant advice is authoritative and clear, and they understand our sector inside out. Their credit control service is highly effective, but also sensitive to the wider relationship we have with our leaseholders
