It is Gemma’s job to ensure all payments are allocated correctly and paid out to our clients at the earliest possible date. Gemma previously spent 6 years working in our ground rent department before moving to the systems team four years ago, enabling Gemma to bring a comprehensive understanding of our business processes to her role.
