Hannah McLeod
Hannah is the Pre-Legal Manager (FCILEx) and leads the firm’s Disputes Team. She oversees a wide range of property litigation matters at different stages of the legal process, ensuring effective case management and strategic guidance.
Her work primarily focuses on defended and disputed claims relating to service charge and ground rent arrears, particularly those allocated to the small claims track. She manages these matters from the initial defence through to trial, navigating the full range of small claims directions with precision and efficiency.
Enforcement is also a key part of Hannah’s expertise. She is highly experienced in pursuing enforcement action, including applications for charging orders under CPR Part 73 and instructing High Court Enforcement Officers under CPR Part 84.
In addition to her litigation work, Hannah regularly advises Landlord and Management Company clients on their liabilities and obligations, particularly in relation to service charges. She provides clear and practical guidance on the prospects of success of potential claims, helping clients to make informed decisions.
As head of the Disputes Team, Hannah combines her technical knowledge with strong leadership skills to ensure cases are progressed effectively and client objectives are achieved.
