Jen is a Collections Administrator at JB Leitch, responsible for managing the administrative processes involved in recovering outstanding debts and ensuring the delivery of effective debt collection services.

Jen's role includes handling client communications, preparing documentation, and coordinating with other teams across the business to progress debt recovery efforts in line with agreed Service Level Agreements. She ensures that all activity complies with FCA and SRA best practices, maintaining professionalism and adherence to regulatory standards at all times.

Jen shares the company values of delivering quality service, maintaining compliance, and fostering collaborative working relationships. Her structured and detail-focused approach supports efficient and effective debt recovery operations.
