Process Team Leader

Jo joined the JB Leitch in 2016 as a Process Administrator where she was able to develop her knowledge of the legal process around the property management sector.

The Process Team are responsible for creating cases for all new instructions they receive from the clients they work on behalf of. As the team leader, Jo is responsible for managing the incoming instructions and ensuring they are dealt with in a manner that meets the company’s exacting standards for accuracy and any specific requirements the clients may have.

It is also part of Jo’s role to manage the team’s workload and ensure they have the required training needed to fulfil their roles to the best of their ability, assisting them with any queries they have and guiding them through any process changes.

Jo is also responsible for dealing with reports concerning jobs that require running on the system to keep the cases following the process without delay or that may highlight any information that may need to be amended.
