Kelly-Anne brings a wealth of expertise to JB Leitch both within the leasehold sector and legal debt recovery. Her knowledge coupled with her previous account management, operational and business development skills means that she will be a support for a multitude of areas across the business.

Kelly-Anne’s priority and focus is on reporting, processes and implementing improvements to continue to give transparent and up to date information to our clients. Kelly-Anne is focused on the client experience and ensuring the client journey remains seamless and informative.

During our long relationship, JB Leitch has become part of our core team. Their Landlord and Tenant advice is authoritative and clear, and they understand our sector inside out.
