Lucy’s current role at JB Leitch is working part of a busy Service Charge department from dealing with technical disputes and providing our clients with advice in order to resolve matters swiftly and provide a satisfactory conclusion. Within her role, she understands that excellent client communication is key.

On a day to day basis, Lucy’s job role varies from assisting team members with any queries they may have during the service charge process to providing clients with advice and also working closely with our Solicitors to ensure we can provide best possible outcome for our clients.

Lucy has extensive knowledge within the debt recovery process and enjoys working as a part of team. Lucy thrives from learning and will continue to develop her skills as she relishes the opportunity to broaden her knowledge within the firm.
