Lucy is a key member of JB Leitch’s Business Development team, bringing extensive experience in client management and in-depth knowledge of the firm’s services, developed over many years with the business. Her role involves liaising with key clients, understanding their operational requirements, and administering the appropriate processes to ensure matters are progressed efficiently and resolved in a timely manner.

By combining strong client relationships with a detailed understanding of internal processes, Lucy ensures the service delivered reflects the company values of quality, transparency, and best practice. Her client-focused approach and depth of experience make her an integral part of maintaining and strengthening the firm’s partnerships.
