Michelle has been a pivotal part of the firm’s ongoing growth and success, providing strategic insight and practical management support in the development of HR, Finance Facilities and IT services, and recently, the establishment of the firm’s dedicated marketing and communications department.

Michelle is a strong advocate for progression within the business, passionately supporting staff development and introducing creative challenge and innovation to both service development and the day to day running of the firm.

During our long relationship, JB Leitch has become part of our core team. Their Landlord and Tenant advice is authoritative and clear, and they understand our sector inside out. Their credit control service is highly effective, but also sensitive to the wider relationship we have with our leaseholders
