The nature of Sam's role is to ensure the timely progression of the recovery of service charge payments that are in default.

This is accomplished by contacting various parties tied to the lease, including but not limited to; the lessee, any management company working on behalf of the lessee, and the mortgage provider.

In addition to this Sam also issues claims against parties who are unwilling to fulfil their contractual obligations set out in the terms of the lease. Sam always works to ensure all aspects of the Civil Procedure Rules are adhered to; and client’s needs are always met.
