Tom is routinely instructed by landlords and managing agents to advise on rights and remedies in matters ranging from recovery of service charges, forfeiture (residential as well as commercial), breach of covenants and injunctive relief. Joining the team in 2021, Tom’s commercial background saw him advise high net worth individuals, SMEs as well as larger companies on a variety of topics such as privacy claims, phone hacking claims, shareholder and director actions as well as property disputes (both commercial and residential).
