Under Case Reference MAN/00BY/LDC/2013/0031, JB Leitch has won the right for our Landlord Client to dispense with the consultation requirements of Section 20 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985 utilising the guidance given by Lord Neuberger in paragraph 56 of his Judgment in Daejan Investments Limited v Benson and Others [2013] UKSC14.
